OUR RETURNS AND REFUND POLICIES ARE:

 

Since every order is custom, we do not allow returns nor refunds. If you uploaded the wrong file, ordered the wrong size or wanted to change something after printing we are not able to issue refund, However, if there is an issue with your order, contact us and provide a proof that clearly shows the issue. We will evaluate and work with each case individually.

  • For design change we must be contacted within 24 hours from after proof approval.
  • We require you send a photograph clearly showing the issue.
  • Colors vary from one screen to another, specially smartphones, therefore, we DO NOT guarantee 100% color matching.
  • We may request that you send us back a physical proof or return 100% of a defective order.
  • If we made an error, we will correct and reproduce your order. (original turnaround time applies) No shipping charges apply.

What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4 days production time and 3 - 5 days for shipping.


Tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 2 business please email us at Support@customstickerlab.com


Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it starts production. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at Support@CustomStickerLab.com If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average production time is 4 days then we ship priority, Shipping time is 3- 7 days.
